The China Science and Technology Development Institute cooperated with HY Foresee Group invested in the construction of the valley of mass entrepreneurship and innovation in Chengdu Hi-tech Zone. In August 2016, the project signing ceremony for the valley of mass entrepreneurship and innovation was held in Chengdu Hi-tech Zone. As the key project for Chengdu's innovation demonstration projects, some leaders from Chengdu City participated in the signing ceremony on the date of signing the project.
