On September 9, the company organized staffs to climb the picturesque cap peak mountain, launching a special training activities. The purpose of this training is to strengthen enterprise culture construction, improve the staff's work enthusiasm, and to promote the group cooperation ability.
Wearing a uniform clothing, under the guidance of instructors, the staffs were quickly divided into two teams. The two teams had to compete with four projects. During the competition, the players are committed to this activity, struggling, and full of passion. They went through various test, and obtained the very good exercise.
After the training, all of them improved the mental outlook, kept in high spirit, and formed a deeper understanding of the team spirit. Therefore, in the future, they could do a better job and could create much value for the company.
